Types of data collected
We collect data you provide through our contact and booking forms (name, surname, email, phone, rider's age if applicable, activity of interest, free-text notes). For members we also collect the personal, fiscal and medical data required by the affiliating federations.
Purpose of processing
Data are processed to: respond to information and booking requests, manage the membership and sporting relationship, fulfil legal and federation obligations, send service communications.
Legal basis
Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for form requests, performance of the membership contract (Art. 6.1.b) for members, legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for federation and tax requirements.
Retention
Contact data are kept for 24 months from the last interaction. Member data are kept for the duration of the membership and then for 10 years as required by law.
Communication and transfer
Data may be communicated to FISE, SEF Italia and CONI for membership and insurance purposes, to the management platform provider (equestria.info) for the management system, and to authorities upon request. No transfer outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with the Italian Privacy Authority. Write to info@circoloippicolido.com to exercise your rights.
