How to request a shoot
Written brief
Send a brief with concept, crew size, equipment and proposed dates. We reply within two working days.
Notice
At least two weeks for arena or field shoots; at least one month for the beach, which requires public-land permits.
Beach season
The beach is available from October to April. Grass fields and the indoor arena can be used all year round.
Staff on set
One of our federal instructors always accompanies the horses, handling the animals and coordinating movement with the photographer.
Horses and pace
Horses work in short blocks with breaks. We plan the shot list together to respect their rhythm.
Insurance and permits
Professional productions need production insurance and, on the beach, a municipal permit: we guide you through both.
